Delivery charges:

Delivery charges are priced per item based on weight and value. Prices quoted for deliveries are for the UK mainland only and not for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. These areas all incur higher delivery surcharges and, in some instances, a different courier.

We reserve the right even after confirming your online order via email to obtain quotes from delivery companies for the cost of delivery of your item and if delivery cost is found to be more than the price previously charged to give you the option to pay the extra to have it delivered or to have a full refund. We will not be obligated to deliver the item at the previously charged price and put us in a loss-making situation. Items that are purchased for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be invoiced to include the delivery costs as advised before purchase. The buyer shall be responsible for all import duties, taxes or tariff charges levied by the country of delivery.

 

Returns/ Refunds Policy

Buyers can cancel their order within 14 days of the delivery date. A return request email has to be sent to sales@hogwalker.com, by the buyer and accepted by us by return email before returning an item. The item has to be returned within 7 days of the return request being accepted in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition it was received. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is/are returned via a secure method. Refunds will only be issued once the part has been received and inspected by us. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds to your account will be made within 7 working days of receipt of your returned purchase providing the above conditions are met.

Faults in material or workmanship displaying after use are dealt with via the warranty procedures that are published in your user manual.

 

Faulty/Damaged goods

You must take responsibility for checking over the goods and unpacking whilst the delivery driver waits if necessary. In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition, we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition, and we will not be able to rectify any fault whatsoever caused or make any payments of compensation. You must notify us within 24 working hours of delivery by email or telephone or else a damage claim may not be possible. Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement, and you will be asked to return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) to our address (see our contact page). In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse.


 

Your Delivery Instructions

For your convenience we offer you the ability to stipulate delivery instructions to our courier. We will pass these on to the courier but should your instructions for example, indicate the courier to ‘leave in a certain place if not in’ then you are considered to have accepted responsibility for any misappropriation of your parcel following delivery.


 

Warranties

Our products are warranted for the period stated on our website. That warranty is a ‘return to base’ warranty. By this we mean the charges for the postage and packaging of the defective item/s shall be at the cost of the owner.
